B.C. Rich Custom Shop Ordering Info

How do I order an American Handcrafted B.C. Rich? To order an American Handcrafted or Custom Shop piece you must contact your dealer. We do not quote instruments by phone or by email. We also do not sell direct to the customer. All ordering and sales must be done through an Authorized B.C. Rich Handcrafted Dealer. Your dealer will take your order and submit a quote to us. We will then look it over, affix a price quote, and return it to the dealer. Once the quote is agreed upon, it must be signed by the dealer and by you.

AN ORDER DOES NOT GO INTO PRODUCTION UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE QUOTE SIGNED BY BOTH THE DEALER AND THE END USER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

B.C. Rich has streamlined it's Handcrafted Guitar Selection and Purchase process. There are now the four grades or levels of B.C. Rich Handcrafted Guitars which are available for order and purchase. Custom models can be ordered with different headstocks, exotic woods, etc. but this is how our basic models line up. These basic models can be starting points for different standard build configurations or any guitar or bass shape can be order to these standard specs:

Bolt On:
Just what the name says! These have a bolt on Maple satin finish neck, Ebony fingerboard, diamond inlays, Alder body, 25.5" scale, black hardware, and a Floyd Rose Tremolo. Normally these come with a solid finish but any finish can be applied.

Standard:
This is our standard neck thru model. The specs are the same as the bolt on models except for the neck thru design; a 24.75" scale length, and Floyd Rose Tremolo or fixed Quad Bridge.

Deluxe:
Deluxe models come standard with Mahogany necks and wings, quilt or flame Maple tops, Rosewood fingerboards, diamond inlays, chrome hardware, and a choice of fixed or tremolo bridges. Transparent finishes are suggested because of the Maple tops.

Supreme:
These are the cream of the crop! Mahogany neck and wings, Ebony fingerboards, Cloud inlays, quilt or flame Maple tops, neck and headstock binding (full binding on archtop models), chrome hardware, andonce again your choice of fixed or tremolo style bridges. Trans finishes are also suggested for these models because of the quilt or flame Maple tops.
